INTEGRATED HYDRAULIC DTH DRILLING RIG

RÖKK D-series integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rigs have a wide range of field applications such as mining, building material, metallurgy, railway, hydro-dam, earth moving, and etc. The strong hydraulic power drives crawler travel, rod rotation, and boom action, and compressed air is used to drive drilling impact and hole-flushing at pressure range from 1.05 to 2.4 Mpa.
Equipped with RÖKK high air pressure DTH hammer, the rig can drill vertical or oblique holes which ranges 90~254mm diameter and maximum 30 meter depth.

Reliable floating chassis with smart driving mechanism enables quick moving and lifting as well as efficiently working in the tough condition.
[DRILL BOOM HEAD]
Multi rod system with automatic disassembling function reduces downtime for replacement of rod, and when rod get stuck, it is lifted automatically by auto block prevention mechanism. Both of hydraulic and pneumatic driving system give better energy efficiency.
[MULTIFUNCTIONAL HYDRAULIC BOOM]
Adjustable drill frame angle enables to drill multi-directional holes. With wide range of boom moving area the rig can drill multi-directional holes at a position, which significantly improve work efficiency.
[SAFE AND COMFORTABLE OPERATION]
The operation cab is equipped with vibration absorbing-chair and air conditioner for safe and comfortable operation, and various operational parameters are easily monitored.
[COMPACT STRUCTURE WITH SMART LAYOUT]
Drilling system, hydraulic and pneumatic power system, diesel engine, control board, and many other devices are smartly combined all together in the compact structure enabling efficient work and easy maintenance.
