As a key components of asphalt plant, our Rotary Dryer is optimized to work with burner for max. hot mix production with the following features.
- Optimum flight arrangement for heat efficiency and saving fuel
- Forged, precisely machined ring tires for longer durability
- Self-aligning support rollers assure perfect contact with tires for smooth friction drive
- Rollers on the heavy-duty double spherical roller bearings are heat-treated & hardened for trouble free and longer life
- Drum shell made of heat-abrasion-resistant steel assures no transform at any hard operating conditions
- Drum seals minimize air leakage in exhaust system
- Two rigid guide rollers restrain the drum fore and aft
- Mineral wool insulation with weather-proof stainless cladding gives more heat efficiency
Prime plant has lots of burner sources to meet customers’ diverse requirement for fuels such as light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, and etc. In any fuel application the rotary dryer is designed to meet optimal fuel firing rate for efficiency.
BMS(burner management system) controls start-up sequence, firing rate, dryer & bag house temperature limit, auto-temp-tracking, flame monitoring as well as blower-exhaust fan interlock.
