- All wear parts such as mixing arms, blades, and liners are made of special alloy steel casting of chrome, nickel, manganese base for longer life
- Chrome alloy steel casted blades are spirally arranged at 90° to the shafts for higher and homogeneous mixing efficiency.
- For easy and risk free maintenance, driving parts are covered, and gate air cylinders equipped on each side are free from oily dust.
- Interlock limit switch ensures safe maintenance and replacement work, all complying with safety regulation
- Driving by two planetary gear-motors directly coupled to mixer shaft ensure low noise and less maintenance
Dumper type discharge gate is actuated by air cylinders, and is equipped with thermal oil jacketed for heat retention.
