Prime asphalt plant has a perfect lines of dust collecting system for better environment
- Dry cyclone, skimmer, or lockout box type are applied for primary dust collector with 85% collecting efficiency, and the collected dust is fed to hot elevator.
- Double wet cyclone is secondary collector which is normally used in the area with lower environ-mental regulation, still having a good efficiency of more than 95% dust collecting rate.
- Leaf vein type damper precisely controls the quantity of exhaust gas by remote controller in control console maintaining negative pressure at burner side of the rotary dryer.
- Modular type pulse-jet bag filter has a great efficiency up to 99.8%, allowing less than 25mg/㎥ dust emission. Access can be From the top cover area for easier maintenance and replacement work.
