RÖKK K-series are engine driven hydraulic crawler drill rigs and are designed to meet the stability of the rigs’ performance. The most of the key components are famous global brand products.

The maximum drilling depth is up to 500 meters, and drilling range is between 105~350mm in diameter. The rigs well meet needs under the various geological environments for geothermal projects, exploitation of ground water, hydro-geological exploitation, pile construction, and some other purposes.

The rigs have lots of advantages of more powerful engine, bigger output torque, higher working efficiency, and flexibility as well as better stability and multi-functions.

When DTH hammer is applied on rock drilling, the crushed gravel is discharged by high pressure air flow, and the drilling efficiency is ten times faster than the traditional rotary drilling rigs

Cutting drilling or cone drilling can be operated in the unconsolidated layer, rock, and mud discharging. So the rigs are most suitable for drilling in the complicated geological conditions.

[CONTROL BOARD]

The control board consists of console frame, electro-hydraulic valve, reducing valve, compensated flow control valve, oil pressure gauge, engine instrumentation, cable accelerator, ignition locks, and other components.
All control functions are centralized on the control board that makes operation easier and improves work efficiency.

[WINCH SYSTEM]

Hydraulic motor powered winch can flexibly hoist less than four point two ton(4.2ton) of drilling tools or accessories.

[ENGINE]

Cummins diesel engine is industrial type, which provide strong power to the hydraulic pump and motor for stable operation of drilling rigs. .

[GENERATOR]

The drilling rigs are driven by hydraulic motor. A three-phase synchronous AC generator with a output power of 24Kw can be used as an emergency power supply, which is suitable for sleeve welding, or any other equipment that requires 380V AC power supply.

[AIR FILTER]

The two stage air filter removes over 90% of dust in the air flow to ensure engine efficiency and life time in severe working conditions.

[WRENCH HYDRAULIC CYLINDER]

The wrench powered by hydraulic cylinder can disassemble all kind of joints quickly and lighten labor intensity

[ROTAY HEAD]

Rotary power head mounted on the drill is equipped with a rotary electro-hydraulic valve control for two hydraulic motors’ rotation speed and two different output torque from each gearbox
