HYDRAULIC OPEN AIR BLAST HOLE DRILLING RIG

RÖKK B-series are diesel engine driven crawler type hydraulic drilling rig, adopting self-propelled hydraulic track chassis for better mobility, that are equipped with high power hydraulic motor, heavy hydraulic drilling boom, and high air pressure DTH hammer.
They are down-the-hole drilling rig and are very suitable for strip mining, road repair and building work, and rock drilling process in the site of hydropower dam construction as well as quarry.
Diesel engine and hydraulic oil pump provide power to hydraulic motor for rotation, propulsion, lifting, and actuating hydraulic cylinders. Compared with fully pneumatic drilling rig, the fuel consumption is about 40 to 50% less.

Simple, but rigid structure keeps the rigs highly stable when they are working.

By Combination with diesel engine, hydraulic pump and motor, self-propelled track chassis gives better mobility and performance.
• Better Efficiency, Lower Operating cost
RÖKK B-series drilling rigs require smaller power for operation with less 10 liter fuel consumption in an hour working time compared with fully pneumatic drilling rigs. But they have high torque, and high propulsion and hoisting power with hydraulic motor, which are suitable for hammer of 90~165mm.
• Lower Air consumption, Easy Operation
Propulsion and hoisting system are both driven by hydraulic power in easy operation method. Working with high pressure air as well as low pressure air, the rigs require less 1.5 times air volume compared with fully pneumatic drilling rigs.
