Thermal Fluid Heater

Prime plant’s Thermal fluid heater works greatly for max. heat efficiency.
Heat transfer surface is 30% larger than any of conventional oil heaters with the following features.
- Its’ jacket fire chamber has many spiral blade which smoothly guides thermal oil flow and at the same time transfer heat to fluid
- Burner fires into the chamber, where hot gases circulate and then enter heat exchanger.
- Tubes of heat exchanger, where colder fluid come into, increase heat transfer efficiency
- Inner shell of the chamber is easily cleaned of soot and debris through door at rear side
Flow path of thermal oil
The thermal oil enters the oil heater through the heat exchanger. A series of horizontal and vertical baffle plates, installed in-between the tubes, forces the oil laterally around the tubes, supplying even heat transfer throughout the flow pattern. Thermal oil exits the heat exchanger and then flows around the chamber in a spiral pattern, which maximize heat transfer efficiency and eliminates hot spots for long life working.
Fully modulating burner
Fully modulating allows the fire rate to closely match the heat demand. The burner fires various fuels, reduces temperature over-shooting and eliminates constant on-off recycling.
Circulating pump and drive motor
Rigid centrifugal pump circulates thermal oil through the oil heater as well as its heating circuit. PTFE seal provides a reliable and longer life with virtually no leakage.
Smart control
Lamp lights and switches on the control panel provide easy operation of the oil heater and operator can see heater status at a glance. The control includes a temperature controller for setting and 24hr timer to start the oil heater at any time, and it fully protected against windblown dust and rain.
